Are you feeling squirrely? Summer energy is creeping in! Kids are outside playing, it concert and recital and graduation season. It is exciting but you might also find that your regular routines are out of whack, you are feeling scattered, and your ability to focus is gone. I talk about the importance of sleep, getting rid of digital distractions, and having a plan to pull back your focus after you have lost it.
